How To Have More Sperm Volume  [Valid RSS feed]

There are many reasons why many men want to have more sperm volume. Some just want the thrills and spills inspired by adult movies to ejaculate more or to shoot further while others want to improve male fertility or to prolong the orgasmic contractions when ejaculating.

For men who are looking forward to make babies, increasing your sperm volume can also increase your sperm count and thus enhancing your fertility. A good sperm count should total about 20 million sperms per milliliter of semen and the healthy semen volume per ejaculation should be at about 2 milliliter. That being said, there are also other factors that contribute to male fertility than just high sperm count such as sperm motility and morphology.

As for sexual pleasure, bigger sperm loads will give you stronger and longer orgasms. When a man reaches the stage of orgasm, different muscles contract simultaneously to ejaculate the load of semen. Thus the bigger the volume of semen that is being ejaculated, the more orgasmic contractions occur. In this way, when you increase your sperm volume, you also increase the duration and power of your ejaculation climax.

Your partner may also benefit from your increased load because some women derive sexual pleasures from the prolonged pumping of semen from their men.

Although there are many sperm enhancement products in the market, there are also certain food, supplements and things you can do to improve your load. We will look at some of them in this article.

First of all, if you want to increase your load, lay off ejaculation for several days before the actual act. This is so that your semen can accumulate to a desirable quantity.

If you are above 40 years of age, you may want to increase your level of the male sex hormone testosterone. Although testosterone is not directly responsible for the production of sperm cells, it is still a part of the process. Furthermore, testosterone can help you to have harder erections and therefore more powerful ejaculations to increase your sexual pleasure.

You can increase your natural testosterone production by exercising regularly, having enough sleep, reduce your stress level or take testosterone enhancement foods and supplements. Here are some vitamins, minerals and supplements which can help you to increase your load.

Vitamin C This vitamin is an antioxidant and is known to improve sperm quality by preventing it from clumping together which improves sperm motility. The vitamin also protects the sperm s DNA from damage.

Vitamin E As with vitamin C, vitamin E is another antioxidant that is known to increase fertility in both sexes. The vitamin also helps to increase sperm production.

Zinc Since zinc is found in high concentrations in sperm, then supplementing with zinc can only help to produce more and quality sperm. Many studies has shown that zinc deficiency results in low sperm count.

Essential Fatty Acids Commonly known as EFAs, these fatty acids are essential to produce prostaglandins in the seminal fluid. Low levels of prostaglandins can result in poor sperm quality and motility.

Sperm Enhancement Supplements These are commercially produced supplements made up of various herbs, vitamins and minerals to help you to produce more sperms. Many of these pills also contain properties that can help you to have harder erections and therefore stronger ejaculations and better orgasms.

Whatever your reasons for wanting to increase your sperm volume, go ahead and try out the suggestions above.
