The women, who are not mentioned by name, had their protruding testicles removed in order to minimize testosterone production.

The initiative for the surgery came from the International Athletic Federation (IAAF) which placed the women in care of a group of French doctors.

The surgeries were uncovered when the doctors wrote about their ‘medical modifications’ in a trade magazine.

The four women are related and are from underdeveloped countries. The IAAF began recently to monitor proper testosterone levels for female athletes said the women had an advantage over other female athletes.

Swedish doctor and professor Martin Ritzén states that this type of surgery should be forbidden. He claims the women underwent the operations not to enhance their lives but only so they could compete in top level sports.

“That’s against IAAF rules,” the doctor said.

A few years ago, South African runner Caster Semenya made headlines for allegedly being an Hermaphrodite. Semenya had three times the level of testosterone than a ‘normal’ female, giving her an ‘unfair’ advantage.

She was banned from running and had to undergo a sex organ test. The results were negative, allowing Semenya to run again as a woman.

The picture was taken the night before Rigby was slain by two men of African descent.

In the photo, Rigby can be seen wearing his “Help for Heroes” hoodie, which he also wore the next day when he got killed by two radical Muslims.

The Sun reports Lee’s attitude was upbeat and funny the night before he was killed. While waiting for his pizza, the Infantry man was joking with employees and playing at the gambling machine.

Lee Rigby’s wife Rebecca, addressed the media yesterday, flanked by Lee’s family. She was very emotional and said: “Lee was a devoted dad to his 2 year old son”. She said she will continue to love him and will miss him very much.

The two men accused of killing Rigby are in custody awaiting trial. Both men were shot by police after they had committed the murder when they reportedly tried to attack police and drew a gun.

Underwood, who was born and raised in the town of Muskogee, Oklahoma, opened up her purse and gave a generous donation to the victims in Moore, Oklahoma who were devastated by a super tornado earlier this week.

The multi-award winner donated $US1 million to the Red Cross saying:

“I am deeply saddened by what happened in my home state. With the help of the fans who have attended my concerts over the past few years I can make a contribution to the Red Cross.”

The Red Cross expressed they were very pleased to receive Carrie Underwood’s $US1 million donation:

“Thanks to the gift of Carrie we can quickly offer shelter and food.”

The super tornado took the lives of 24 people on Monday in the suburb of Moore, Oklahoma City and destroyed thousands of properties.

Maximo Altez, van der Sloot’s lawyer, says his client is really busy preparing for the wedding. Altez says that much paperwork is required to conduct a wedding behind bars but Joran should get the approval to wed within two weeks.

Altez says his client’s wedding has absolutely nothing to do with preventing Joran from being extradited to the United States where he is wanted for extortion. “The two are truly in love,” the lawyer says.

But Peruvian media reports that through marriage, Joran van der Sloot will obtain Peruvian citizenship and that makes it much more difficult to extradite him to the US.

The US claims that van der Sloot took money from Natalee Holloway’s mother under false pretenses, stating he knew were her daughter’s remains were buried but once he got the money, he never delivered on his promise.

The American teen disappeared in Aruba in 2005 and there is still no trace of her whereabouts.

The Dutchman is serving 28 years in a Peruvian prison for murdering Stephany Flores in 2010. He is presently engaged to Peruvian native Leidy Figueroa.

After her arrest, Bynes was taken to a psychiatric institute for evaluation, according to NBC.

The doorman of the apartment complex where the actress lives had complaint about Bynes smoking marijuana in the lobby.

But when police arrived, Amanda Bynes was back in own apartment located on the 36th floor of the building.

NYPD reported later they had arrested a ‘confused’ person at an apartment complex in Manhattan because she threw a water pipe out the window.

The fighter jets forced the plane to land at the Stansted airport, an anti-terrorist landing facility and the pilots were ordered to park the plane in an isolated area.

Police arrested two men on board the flight, who allegedly brought the plane in danger. Police is not saying what exactly happened on board the plane.

A source at the UK’s Intelligence Services said that the plane was not a terrorist target.

The plane had 297 passengers on board and was on route from Lahore, Pakistan to Manchester, UK.

The UK is on high alert since a soldier was brutally murdered on public streets in Woolrich, London by radical Muslims two days ago.

Rebecca Rigby was unable to keep her emotions in check while addressing the media. Tears gutted down her face while she talked about her husband, a British Infantry soldier, who was brutally murdered in Woolrich, London, by radical Muslims on Wednesday.

Rebecca, who has a two year old son with Lee, said during the press conference which was held at the headquarters of the Regiment: “I loved Lee and I will always love him”.

“He would have been home this weekend. He was a devoted father to his son Jack and we will both miss him,” the widow said heartbroken.

Ian Rigby, Lee’s step dad, read a pre-written letter that addressed the feelings of the entire family: “What can we say about Lee our hero … we are so proud of him,” Ian read.

Ian read about Lee’s brief deployment to Afghanistan: “You know that’s dangerous but you don’t expect something like this to happen at your own front door”. “It is really difficult,” he said.

“Sleep well Lee, rest in peace our fallen soldier,” Ian read from the letter. “We love you very much and words can’t express our love for you.”

The Rigby family thanked police and the army for their support and for all the condolences they received from all over the UK.

“Our hearts have been ripped from our bodies, everyone struggles with living with this tragedy. We ask the media to respect our privacy.”

The four individuals were killed when their vehicle drove into a trap that was set by the guerrilla fighters in Northern Colombia.

The victims have been identified as the driver of the vehicle, a director of a Colombian government agency and two agents.

Violence in Colombia has been on the rise despite FARC rebels holding ‘peace negotiations‘ with the government.

On Wednesday, 11 soldiers were killed during a battle with the left winged National Liberation Army known as ELN.

The ELN is not part of the peace negotiations between FARC and the Colombian government.

The Boy Scouts National Council announced on Thursday it has decided to null and void the establishment’s clause that would prevent gay boys from joining the organization.

However, the ban has only been lifted for boys; adult gay males are still prohibited from joining the organization, according to US media.

The US Boys Scouts is a 103 year old organization that, until now, operated under a coat of antiquated ethics no longer in line with modern standards, thereby violating individuals’ constitutional right of choice while adhering to discriminatory practices.

In the summer of 2012, the organization stated publicly it would not allow gay boys to join the society, despite much criticism from human rights activists, pro-gay organizations and parents of gay boys.

The organization claimed its decision was based on the fear that conservative advertisers may withdraw their sponsorship if they lifted the gay ban.

Relentless pressure from media and in particular pro-gay activists have seen to it that less than one year after making that statement, the US Boys Scouts has revised its policy to allow gay boys to join the organization.

The miraculous survival occurred during test runs for the Grand Prix of Monaco in the GP2 division.

The pigeon calmly and carefree tiptoed about on the track when Brazilian rider Felipe Nasr came hurdling towards it as high speed.

Undisturbed by the roaring engine blasting towards it, the pigeon flew away from certain death with less than a second to spare.

The pigeon was so close to the speeding race car, the drag wind from the vehicle made the pigeon flip around before it could fly away.

Watching the video below there is no doubt: this is one lucky pigeon.

The bridge is part of the Interstate 5 freeway which connects Seattle with Vancouver, Canada and crosses over the Skagit river.

Police officer Mark Francis tweeted:

“I don’t have much info. N/B and S/B lanes of I-5 Skagit River Bridge collapsed. People and cars in water. I’m very far away. Will update.”

62 year old Xavier Grospe who lives nearby the collapsed bridge said “there are people and cars in the water but no one appears to be in danger”.

A reporter for the Skagit Valley Herald newspaper stated that police had send out several rescue boats to pull people from the river. Ambulances were standing by at the river’s edge to help the injured.

The journalist said he saw one man sitting on the roof top of his floating car waiting to be rescued.

The bridge was build in 1955. A 2013 report released by the American Society of Civil Engineers stated that the bridge, together with an additional 7,839 other bridges in Washington State, was no longer up to safety standards.

The collapsed bridge had received a safety score of 57.4, which is well below the average safety score of 80.

Authorities say they will order an investigation to determine what made the bridge collapse.

Rain showers with the strength of a hurricane, accompanied by huge hail, devastated Yefremov, in the Russian Oblast Tula region, about 220 miles south of Moscow.

Russian news agency Itar-Tass reports damage to hundreds of roof tops and windows caused by hail, the size of an egg. A dozen trees were uprooted and 1,100 homes were damaged.

Eyewitness Natalia Tjurbanova recalls: “First huge dark clouds appeared over us, then we were chased by an enormous tornado”.

The Department of Civil Protection send 3,000 rescue workers and heavy equipment to the devastated area to assist people in need and help with the cleanup.

Prince Charles’ helicopter had just lifted off direction Wales when an in-flight difficulty forced the pilot to land the chopper at the Denham aerodrome in Buckinghamshire.

No one was injured and a spokesperson for Prince Charles said “it was a controlled emergency landing”.

The Prince and his wife were on route to the Hay Literary Festival in Powys, Wales. The town hosts its annual bookshop fair and welcomes a gathering of politicians, authors and celebrities, including Washington journalist Carl Bernstein, who broke the Watergate scandal in 1972, spy novelist John le Carre and actress Miranda Hart.

Once the helicopter had landed, Prince Charles and Camilla continued their trip to Wales by vehicle. They arrived over two hours late.

Despite the late arrival, the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall still had time to visit local bookshops, meet with retailers, residents and school children.

This year’s event, which runs until June 2nd, is the 26th annual book fair in Powys, which is famous for its second-hand book shops.

Thousands of well preserved frescoes of images humans, animals, insects, as well as skyscrapers and abstract scenes drawn in colors of red, yellow, black and white where found in 11 different caves.

One of the caves has an astonishing 1,550 drawings covering its walls.

Up until this discovery, Archaeologists were convinced that the Burgos region in Mexico had never inhabited by ancient cultures.

The newly discovered frescoes clearly contradict this believe and provide strong evidence that at least three groups of hunter-gatherers lived in the San Carlos mountain range, an isolated mountain range in the state of Tamaulipas.

Scientists found one drawing of an atlatl, a pre-Hispanic spear thrower that has not yet been seen in other paintings in the Tamaulipas caves.

Archaeologist Gustavo Ramirez, from the Mexican National Institute of Anthropology and History (Inah), said that the age of the drawings is yet unknown but he hopes to conduct a chemical analysis of the paint to determine an approximate age of the images.

The find is important because little is known about the pre-Hispanic people roaming the mountainous region of Tamaulipas.

Archaeologist Martha Garcia Sanchez said:

“These groups escaped the Spanish rule for 200 years because they fled to the Sierra de San Carlos where they had water, plants and animals to feed themselves.”

The cave drawings discovery was presented at Mexico’s National History Museum during the second Historic Archaeology meeting.

The murdered victim is 25 year old Lee Rigby, who was an official drummer of the British Infantry Regiment and a machine gun specialist.

He was a divorced dad with a 2 year old child. He lived in Manchester.

Rigby joined the Infantry in 2006 and was once an honor guard at the Royal Palace. In 2009 he spend some time in Afghanistan.

After returning to London he was assigned to administrative duties.

More information about the killers is also being released. One of the murderers is 28 year old Michael Adebolajo who, after he killed Rigby, addressed the camera with machete still in hand.

Adebolajo, who is of Nigerian descend, was born in December 1984 in Lambeth, a London suburb, and described as once being a ‘calm, fine young man’ who became a ‘radicalized Muslim’ in 2003 and went by the name ‘Mujahid’.

According to The Guardian, Adebolajo grew up in Romford, London and attended the Marshalls Park School in Harold Hills. After high school he attended Greenwich University and from 2004 to 2005 he lived at a dorm near the university.

He comes from a family who are practicing Christians and who attend church regularly. The family moved to Lincoln, London in 2004. He has one brother (Jeremiah) and one sister (Blessing).

Former fellow students describe Michael as an ‘ordinary student who took the bus, played soccer and ‘stole’ a few cell phones’.

One former high-school student described Adebolajo as “skinny, tall, kind and funny, almost hilarious’. “Everybody knew him,” the former student said.

The student said that “Adebolajo was a down to earth person” and added that he changed later in life when he began to hang around with the wrong friends and started to carry a knife with him.

Not much is known about the other suspect, except that like Adebolajo, he too is a radical Muslim.

Police do not believe the two men have terrorist connections with Boko Haram or al-Qaida.

Four bodies – husband, wife and their two sons – were discovered in the city of Brno when the fire department was called out to a house fire Thursday morning.

The fire was extinguished quickly and didn’t cause much damage to the property.

According to a fireman, the murderer more than likely set the house on fire to wipe out his tracks and destroy possible evidence.

Local police say they have a suspect and are looking for a 20 year old American man from Palo Alto, a suburb of San Jose, in Northern California.

Police refuse to give further details about the suspect or his motive for committing the multiple murders. News site iDNES.cz reports that the suspect may be related to the family he killed.

Petra Vedrova, spokesperson for the police, says that the man they are looking for is armed and dangerous.

The Czech news agency CTK alleges that the suspect goes by the name of ‘Kevin Dahlgren’ and taught English in Brno, which is located about 125 miles southeast of Prague.

The participants were asked to rate 16 countries as being ‘mainly positive’ or being ‘mainly negative’.

59 percent of them rated Germany as the country to exert the most positive impact on the world, thereby dethroning Japan that saw its rating drop to 51 percent.

Canada followed in second place. The UK ended up in third place. Iran made the last place on the poll.

The poll also indicates that positive views of China and India have fallen sharply around the world over the last year. Both countries dropped with China occupying the ninth place on the poll and India moving down to the 12th position.

For both countries this is their lowest ranking since the poll was first introduced in 2005.

Jekaterina Samoetsevitsj (30), Nadezhda Tolokonnikova (22) and Maria Aljochina (24), three Pussy Riot members, were arrested in September 2012 during a church disturbance in Moscow in protest against Vladimir Putin.

The three women were sentenced to 2 years hard labor for hooliganism and religious hatred.

Jekaterina Samoetsevitsj has been released since her imprisonment but Nadezhda Tolokonnikova and Maria Aljochina are still in jail. A judge ordered on Thursday that Maria does not qualify for early release.

The judge stated that Aljochina broke prison rules. She allegedly didn’t make her bed and wrote letters during meal times.

The Pussy Riot member went on hunger strike on Wednesday in protest to her not being allowed to attend the hearing for her early release on Thursday.

Paul McCartney forwarded a hand-written letter to the judge on Wednesday, asking for leniency and grant the early release of the two women. The letter had no impact on the judge’s decision.

Last month the judge refused to grant early release to Nadezhda Tolokonnikova. Even when Tolokonnikova asked to sit out her sentence once her children were young adults was denied by the judge as well.

Two African men, one armed with a machete, a knife and a gun, the other carrying two machete, attack a white man in a street in Woolrich and hack in on him with great violence.

Afterwards they drag the motionless body into the middle of the street. Women rush to the scene where the man, believed to be a soldier, lay in a puddle of blood and placed themselves on top of him to protect him from his attackers.

That’s when one of the attackers walks up to an individual, believed to be his accomplice, who is filming the gruesome act. Standing just a few feet from the camera with knife and machete still in hand, the African man says he is sorry that women had to see this.

“Women in my land see this all the time.” He adds: “this soldier is an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.”.

Police eventually arrive and confront the two men, who made no attempt to flee. One of them runs up to police waving a gun. Police shoot him. Then the other man reportedly reached for a gun and was shot by police as well. Both men were taken to a hospital.

Since the gruesome crime scene occurred, London police have received much criticism over their slow response, taking more than 20 minutes to get to the scene.

“We’re talking about human lives here,” one eyewitness said who didn’t want to be identified.

The women who threw themselves on top of the wounded soldier to protect him from additional onslaught, have been labeled heroines by local media.

Sadly, their attempt to save the soldier came too late. The men, one allegedly from Nigeria, the other from Cameroon, reportedly decapitated the soldier on the sidewalk.

One eyewitness described the two men, who authorities believe to be Islamic terrorists with political motivations, as ‘animals’.

While slaughtering the soldier, the two men reportedly yelled ‘Allahu Akbar’ – God is Great.

The British Muslim Counsel condemned the attack:

“This is truly a barbaric attack that is not based on Islam and we condemn this act without any reservation.”

Ibragim Todashev, an alleged ‘friend’ of Tamerlan Tsarnaev (insert) was shot dead by an FBI agent early Wednesday morning. Photo Credit: Daily Mail

Ibragim Todashev had been interrogated by FBI on a prior occasion in connection with the Boston marathon bombings reportedly committed by Tamerlan Tsarnaev and his younger brother Dzhokhar.

According to the FBI, at first, Todashev cooperated with the interrogation and told the agency he had contact with the Tsarnaev brothers shortly before the deadly explosions that killed 3 people on April 15th.

But now the FBI claims that Ibragim Todashev, who is from Chechnya, suddenly attacked an FBI agent just after midnight on Wednesday during an interrogation in Orlando Florida.

The agent did not hesitate to gun down Todashev, fatally wounding him.

The FBI confirmed that Ibragim Todashev (27), who has been living in the US since 2008, has died as a result of the gunshot wounds he received.

Todashev was living at an apartment complex near Universal studios in Orlando Florida at the time of the shooting. Khusn Taramiv, a friend of Todashev stated that he knew Tamerlan Tsarnaev and that the two had contact via Skype one week before the bomb explosions in Boston.

Taramiv added that as far as he knew, Todashev and Tsarnaev weren’t the ‘best of friends’ however and more like ‘acquaintances’ who happen to know each other.

FBI says it doesn’t know what caused Ibragim Todashev to attack their agent. An investigation in the deadly shooting has been requested.

Fernee, who says she has a University degree in science, is so tormented by her out beauty she’s writing a book about all the ‘negative’ experiences she had while working as a medical researcher.

According to the maiden, she was constantly ‘approached’ by colleagues who brought her gift and made advances all because she’s so irresistible pretty.

Eventually all the ‘flirting’ just became too much for Fernee who says she couldn’t take it anymore and decide to stop working all together.

Today the 33 year old is trying a new career as a writer. All the while she lives with mommy and daddy who foot the bill for everything the ‘goddess’ needs, including $US2,000 a month allowance to buy designer clothes.

At first the sheriff’s department thought the black pooch, covered in mud, was just a lost pet and posted a picture of the fury little dog on its Twitter page with the caption: “scared, but this little pup survived”.

Today, the department learned that the little brave dog was actually guarding the body of its deceased owner, whose body was pulled from underneath the debris, which is presumed to have been their home.

The little black dog was taken to a shelter for the time being. The deputy who found him plans to adopt him and give him a loving new home.

Many pets have been misplaced by the devastating storm and some have been killed. For owners its equally hard to lose a pet as it is to lose a loved one.

To attempt to make the separation easier to bare and possibly reunite owners with their lost pets, Reddit users have established a missing pets thread and local business OKC Pups is also attempting to connect lost pets with owners at their Facebook page.

Seven children died at the Plaza Towers Elementary School which flattened to the ground. One newborn was found dead clutched in her dead mother’s arms beneath the rubble of what use to be a 7-Eleven convenience store. One more child is still unaccounted for.

The seven children to die at the Plaza Towers Elementary School all drowned when they got trapped beneath debris and broken water pipes began to flood the area they were stuck in.

Nine year old Janae Hornsby is one of the little victims to die a horrible death. And there is 8 year old Kyle Davis, who was first thought to be saved but later confirmed to have died.

Sydney Angle is yet another little angel who perished when the elementary school was flattened by the super storm that lasted a staggering 45 minutes and reached a level EF5 at times; the maximum category giving to a storm.

There were about 500 students in the school when the tornado blasted through. Students describe clinging to walls in the hallways where they hurled together to protect themselves. Others said they hid in closets or bathrooms.

The school had no safe rooms or storm cellars, an official reported on Tuesday, because they never requested to have them build.

The official added that the jurisdiction decides how to allocate funds to build safe rooms in schools based on past events.

Despite the horrific news about the deaths of nine precious little angels, there are equally heroic stories about children being pulled from the rubble alive and teachers who, with total disregard to save their own lives, threw themselves on top of the children to keep them from harms way.

Suzanne Hale is one teacher who can only be described as a heroine. Despite having her foot impaled with a steel pole, Miss Suzanne stood with her children and kept them calm and safe during the relentless pounding of the storm.

At Briarwood Elementary school teachers suffered facial cuts, bruises, open wounds and blood loss, yet undaunted they stayed with their children and miraculously brought every single student out alive.

29 year old Megan Futrell, a mother of two, was found still hugging her baby, underneath the rubble of a totally demolished 7-Eleven store.

Megan tried desperately to find shelter for herself and her new baby when the super tornado struck the suburb of Moore, Oklahoma City. She rushed into the nearest convenience store and hid herself inside a freezer, clutching her five-month old baby close to her chest.

Sadly, Megan and her baby didn’t survive the devastating storm that tore the entire 7-Eleven store apart as if it was made from mere paper.

Megan is a teacher but wasn’t at school on Monday because she had to be with her newborn. When the storm started to move in she rushed outside for shelter, clutching her baby, but realized she couldn’t outrun the tornado and ran into the convenient store.

Online condolences to Megan, her newborn, her husband Cody and her six year old son flooded the internet, expressing she was a good and very devoted mother who adored her children and would protect her to the end … which she did.

Media reports that she spoke with her husband Cody on her cellphone just moments before the impact that tragically took her and her baby’s lives.

This is yet another tragedy to emerge from the devastation caused by the tornado that flattened the suburb of Moore where 24 people were killed, nine of them children, and 237 others sustained various injuries.

Rescuers, aided by cadaver dogs, are still searching for survivors underneath the rubble that stretches for miles on end. As of Tuesday no survivors were found.
